Selen Fettahoğlu has a bachelor’s degree in molecular biology and genetics. After graduation, she switched to philosophy and started to work at the intersection of science and philosophy. She studied the implications of extraterrestrial life on religion in her master’s thesis. Currently, she is a philosophy Ph.D. student at the Middle East Technical University. She writes popular science books for kids.
