Our philosophy department faculty member Assoc. Dr. Enis Doko's "Opposition to Science" article was published in the 96th volume of Lacivert Magazine. Doko writes, "To oppose the ideology of scientism, which claims that science is the only source of knowledge, does not necessitate denying that science is a source of knowledge. Yes, science is not the only source of information, but it is vital information regarding the physical world." He distinguishes between the attitudes held against science and scientism.
