Abrahamic Reflections on Philosophy, Science and Religion

Abrahamic Reflections on Philosophy, Science and Religion

Süleymaniye Philosophy, Religion, and Science Symposium Series

As the Department of Philosophy and Artificial Intelligence at Ibn Haldun University, the symposium series that we traditionally organize each year in the historic atmosphere of our Süleymaniye Campus aims to bring philosophical depth to contemporary debates by placing the relationship between religion and science at its center.

This conference series brings together the rich philosophical traditions of the Abrahamic religions and contemporary scientific developments on the same intellectual platform, serving as a strong interdisciplinary forum that unites distinguished scholars and researchers from universities around the world. Covering a broad spectrum of topics—from the nature of the universe to the interaction between faith and scientific rationality—these academic gatherings seek both to explore new answers to enduring philosophical questions and to build lasting bridges among different faith and intellectual traditions.
